This is not Satan. I just put this here because I found it and thought that people believe this is Satan when its not.

As this creature looks down on you with eyes that are crying, he is laughing at you. And out of a wet mouth that stinks, you will see the tongue of a snake hanging out over straight pointed teeth that are as strong as iron and steel, set in powerful jaws. His mouth is surrounded with black lips. And he has hands that have strong filthy fingers and his feet are dirty.

This is not satan, i dreamed he himself took me through the gates of hell last night, and he looked nothing like this! He was a man, 6ft, dark hair not that scary til he spoke! The dream was convincing but this has photoshop written all over it!

The dream was true though! I dreamt he took me through 3 storey vertical wooden gates, into i swear to god a prison, which i swear on my life was like a mall! (i cant explain this!) But no one was imprisoned! Not one bad person since the dawn of time! Life was real, pain was real! Spending your time there constantly trying to keep out of trouble was real! It was myself exactly how i am right now sitting here typing this, but in another place after life, it was so real! Im so scared of death now!

I might be a catholic (which might deserve deletion from this site?) but i am open minded about eveything in this world and to me we all face the same fear! This was what happened to me last night! To me it does not matter wether you drive a porsche, a BMW, or a ford. Getting from A to B is all the same! Lets just hope we dont get 2 flats in the mean time!! This is not a time to dismiss what i saw, it was so real! Ive already dreamt he was standing at the end of my bed a few months ago! Ive never been so scared! But i will only ever bow to God… Never Satan!

Sorry to have proven you wrong on your own website, which is all totally incorrect mind you. But, this picture has been under the microscope for the past time of this photo being uploaded to this site. In this time, Fellow scientists including myself have proven, that this photo, has never been to the “Photoshop” as you people like to say. This photo is scientifically proved to be the original photo.

Just have a few points to make. Firstly, that picture is definately a fake. Secondly, Satan’s Little Scientist, how in the hell do you expect people to believe you are a scientist if you can’t even string a few words together to make sense? A little english lesson: surely an educated scientist would know that you cannot start a sentence with but, even with a capital B. You may want to consider your word use too.
Also, I have a question for Muslim. At the top of your page, you state that satan is red with horns – just how do you know this? Have you met him? In my estimation, Satan is perhaps one of the greatest fictional characters to grace the pages of any book. Since no firm evidence of his existence has ever shown itself, I would say that he probably doesn’t exist. Satan is simply used as a metaphor to describe the darker side of human nature. If, as many millions of people believe, we were created by a God whom is inherently good, how can we do bad things? This is where satan comes in to play – he makes us do it.
The truth of the matter, is that we are all unique – a product of our experiences and cognitive development. We as beings sometimes don’t follow the path that society has laid out for us. It has nothing at all to do with satan, its just the way we are, we have evolved from lesser creatures, and the remnants of those past lives still cling deep in our psyche.
I personally, firmly believe that religion is the bane of mankind, it has caused many a war and enough bloodshed to fill an ocean. I understand that you are have your own beliefs and you are entitled to them, but if you search yourself deeply enough, you believe only because you have been told to believe, perhaps by your family, or an influential figure. Perhaps you have read the Quaran, but at the end of the day, its just a book like any other, written on a product of nature, made pretty by science. I base my beliefs on what I can see, hear, touch, taste and smell. These are real and I’ve discovered them for myself.
The chances are, you were introduced to God/Allah by someone else and you base your strong belief on something you have never experienced, touched or tasted, this is the nature of faith, but its fundamentally flawed. What if, after death, there is nothing, and you find you’ve wasted the short life that nature has given you, following the masses on something with no basis? That for me, would be a tragedy beyond all measure. If you live a good life, helping others and yourself, enjoying life because you have it and not trying vainly to understand why, you will die happy, and your own person.
Religion was created as a control mechanism and today it is still such, you have control over your direction in life, not some otherworldly power, and only you can affect it. In every religion, there is always a figurehead who is revered and worshipped, this individual is, in effect, trying to make you do what they want, some good examples are the Pope and the Ayahtullah, but these are just men, not Gods, or servents thereof. Don’t waste your life on something for which you have no evidence, simply because everybody else does. The secret of life lies in you, not a book, or a sect.

Muslims believe that there is a Satan. A curse one. Muslims believe that he was removed from heaven and was given the curse until the day of judgement. There are muslim sources that claim that the devil has horns. You dont have to see the devil to know that he exists. There needs to be a devils because there are angels. Why you dont believe in the devil? Does not sound real to you?
In Islam or any other major religion, we believe that satan wants us to go with him to the hell fire since he said that he will take us with him, a portion of us.
Satan is not responsibly totally for our actions if we end up in paradise or in hell. It is there to mislead us, misguide us, and to forget remembering our Lord. Thats part of the reason why Muslims pray 5 times a day. Islam is not based on parents, or friends or anything like that. My dad didnt teach me to pray or anything about my religion. I taught myself and I read the scripture. I believe that the Quran is true because it has things in it that nobody would had possibly knew when it came down to Prophet Mohammed (May Peace and Blessing Be Upon Him).
How do you explain many converts? Who told them to convert or revert? Nobody. It wasnt spread by the sword or anything like that. Many women who convert, wear the veil so it means that it does not mean oppression.
If you take time to read it, then you will know that this is the truth. I read parts of the bible and the words didnt enter my heart, some did but mostly, not really.
Religion was made to be guided from our Lord and to be safe from God’s punishment. The purpose of this life is not about the cars, money, or anything like that. This life is simply a test for the hereafter. When we die, this is when it begins.
Some people these days have a wrong idea about religion. They see too many shows or movies about religion that gives them a wrong perception. After September 11, there were many haters of Islam and many converts. Just take time and read the Quran and find out what it says. Nobody will say anything if you like it or not. Atleast it would be better that you put an effort to read it then those people who dont bother themselves at all.

I believe in God. I believe in good. Whether or not you have a faith is almost irrelevant. It is the good you do in life that matters. If your beliefs lead you to be a good person then so be it. Do not condemn religion as an out-dated dogma with no scientific basis. Religion has a place in this world, to bring out the good and the hope in all people. It is men that destroy religion through greed and misinterpretation.
I’m a catholic and over recent months I have come to understand a great deal more about the muslim faith. Many faiths are extremely similar. We can worship our Gods and practice our faith whichever way we choose but the real true sign of a man at peace with himself is someone ready to embrace his brother whatever path they choose to follow.
Only through understanding can we embrace our neighbours.
Imagine a world without hope, belief or faith.

Thats whats written in the Quran. This life is for testing our deeds and for worshipping God. Thats what’s life. Its not about getting cars and big houses. If there was no religion or no God, people will freely do what they want but thats not reality. Oceans, clouds, and the universe was not here to start with so there needs to be a creator. A person needs to seek the truth in different scriptures and they need to question what they read. Thats the only way to gain faith.

People do not act nice only for fear of punishment. In fact the more punishment there has been involved in their lives – the worse they act.
There are no evil spirits – NONE of this kind anywhere whatsover, but believe me there happen to be some very, very sick spirits.
And honest to Pete – no matter what humans say about God – you can say this in a way: God is definitelly not a schizophrenic.
(Or at least for a Being that by definition can be ALL, I just think that’s not one of God’s major characteristics.)

I’m an atheist myself but interested in religion and it’s stories. From my perspective the bible or quran are reflections on how we should live our life. This is usually a good thing because people tend to do what they think is pure to their lord which often is the best for people in their enviroment. Religion is a bad thing though when we look at fanatics that stops having an open mind and all their actions is just to please their god.
A question i have for you believers is: Since I’m an atheist and believe in nothing would that mean that I go to hell when i die? And if so then hell must be filled with people who has done nothing but good things in their life. Also: Atleast in the christian faith, satan was an angel before he was cast to hell for defying god (Correct me if I’m wrong) and if god is pure good then why would he do such a thing to someone just because they didn’t agree with him?

Yes the Quran is here to guide us to the straight path. i dont know if you read the Quran but it states that the Quran is given to all people to protect us from the fire and to give warning to the disbeleivers. God also stated that Die only as Muslims and other religions will not be accepted. In the Islamic faith, Satan is a jinn (another form of human beings), not a angel. He was removed from heaven because he did not obey God, Satan was disobedient and arrogant to God. If you were my boss and i didnt listen to your orders, will u fire me? Satan is not in hell, he is trying to make people enter hell with him until Judgement Day

God is the creator of all things and God has power of all things. It is logically wrong to say no to a God. God told Satan to bow down to Adam (Peace be Upon him) but he said no. God replied saying, why you don’t want to respect my command, Satan replied back saying, I’m fire and he is clay. Everybody needs to fear God, angels, humans, and etc. We are the created and God is the creator. God was testing his creation when he told everybody to bow down. But only Satan refused.
Satan did not run around slaying other angels but he is an enemy to mankind.

I just wanted to say that humans are in control through consequences from doing bad. When there are no consequences, there is no control or good as some might say. Religon and many beliefs were created to control people, because humans have the power of imagination. Imagination comes into mind to create new things on and on, like religon moves accelerates. Take a look at the kid that worships Zeus, though I doubt that he does. What I am trying to say is that people grow out of things, we create things that are better each time. We used to gather huge rocks to sit on to relax ourselves long time ago. Now we have ergonomic chairs. Things are always evolving due to our nature of imagination. I believe that religion was created the same way where a person or a group of people did something or saw something out of the ordinary and pass on the story, making all these different groups in the crowd. Humans have a very complicated mind which evolves in thinking over time. Consequences was a great state of invention, and where there is consequences, there is control or good. I just hope that none of you guys count on dying to live life in heaven or fear hell a little too much because there might never be an after life and this is the only life that you will ever have. So don’t kill yourself (not necessarily literally) but rather enjoy your last moments you might have. I believe in no ghost, no spirits, no superstitious things and live life how it is. I also wanted to say that this discussion reminds me of the book “Lord of the Flies” about what humans are like without society and control. I also wanted to add that religon creates peace and also creates war, this is human nature, without any of these things, there will be nothing left of us, trust me.

Hello to all you friends. I carefully studied your comments and I found out that you all are interested in truth, even those who claim that they don’t believe in God. So I’m here to share my knowledge and experiences if anyone interested in. Now, I decided to comment on some opinions that you said you have. First of all my dear friend John, I think that you don’t believe in Satan neither in God. I’m agree with you that religion can’t save people and Carl Marx said: religion is the bane of mankind, that I’m agree with that, because God didn’t bring religion to people to make them obey it only, but to find out that they can’t save their lives and do good and don’t do bad if they don’t know what is good and what is bad. Moses’s Torah was the first rules of God that set to people to make them able to distinguish straight line from awry line. But people focused on the rules not on relations that God meant to have with them, and so some of them that didn’t want to or were not able to do as God said refused him, like what Satan did. And if you just believe in what you feel with your senses, then how do you explain to yourself fear, worry, happiness, and many other things that can’t be seen, touched, heard, smelled, and are just feelings from inside?! Actually, these are making differences between us and animals. And if you think that there’s no hell or heaven, then why do you think that you have to do good things and who says what is good or bad, people like yourself that have different ideas about good and bad?! Even what is the difference between good and bad at all?! Absolutely nothing, I guess! But there is a God that loves all of its creatures and the human the most, and gave us adoption because of its kindness, to worship its highness not by force but by our own choice. God doesn’t want us to worship because we fear of hell fire, but because we find out that God is worthy to be worshiped. It doesn’t need our prays but our prays show that how much we understood its love to us. And when we sin what happens? Do we hurt God? No, we hurt ourselves. That’s why God said that don’t do sins, because you ruin yorself, and bacause God is clearly Righteous, it has to make differences between those who respect themselves and their God and those who don’t, whereas they know that what are they doing! God gave us some tools that we can distinguish what is right or wrong, like wisdom, sensation, volition, logic and so on. When we do something bad we know that it’s bad, but we do it, or at least we feel that something’s wrong whit it, but we don’t care. Then you, dear John, what will you do with someone that hurt you or one of your family and says that he/she didn’t knew that it’s bad, do you believe him? Is it fair? or can you forgive him/her? I don’t think so, and I recommend you that think about it from the beginning.

Excuse me dear Muslim, I wanted to talk to you but I forgot something with John. Dear John, I believe that Popes and Ayatullahs and those who follow them are just human beings and we don’t have to do whatever they say, I praise your realization, but God can speak itself and you can trust in it, and be sure that there is no lie. throughout the centuries, people that wanted to rule to others always changed everything to gain their benefits, in the name of a king or even in the name of God. they were selfish and cruel and betrayed people who want to serve God honestly. We don’t have to think that God said that we have to follow others that think they’re our vanguards. I myself prayed to whom that created me as God for about 1.5 years and trusted in and wanted to tell me what is the truth! I cried, I appealed, I cursed, like a maniac for about 1.5 years because it was the most important thing in my life to find the truth and finally God showed me the truth. Even more, God showed me itself. Now I’m living with a living God, not the one that people say in stories, and feel its happiness and love inside me. I can speak to God whenever and wherever I need, like you do with your friends or family, not with repeating some verses or words that other people wrote and tell me to read the same words every day or night, but freely as it taught me itself. Believe in God and believe in that God can speak and can show you itself without any medium. So, you can be sure that there is no fake or mistake and can feel the real happiness that is a gift from God, and can be sure that if you die in any moment, you didn’t waste your life but you earned the eternal life, too. It was a test for his creation. Heaven is not a place to be arrogrant and stubborn. Heaven is far more better than this life. Satan beleives in God but he hates mankind because he thinks he is better than us. You should focus on the existence of God first rather than jumping into the Satan issue. The question is, what makes you think there is God? Or at leat not think but know sounds more sense. I am a muslim, only because my parents are and their parents and so on. But I always questioned. I believe in NOTHING but humans and their wild imaginations. How were we created? Through evolution, and evolution will always continue, and we will evolve into an even better, human. We all started off as merely bacteria of some sort or something, and evolved. I justed wanted to know, what makes us (muslims and all other religons) not believe but know there is God? Don’t tell me about miracles becuase coincidences happen, but what in the universe makes you know there is God? It is just the imagination creating things to makes life better in different ways.

Ya, I was like you before. I questioned that there was no God. But, it is not logical to think that way. I can’t give you verses of the Quran because you dont beleive in it. What I can do is just talk to you about this world. The Earth is located the 3rd planet away from the sun. If it wasnt the second, it would be too hot but if it was the 4th, it would be too cold. Coincidence? The heart of a human is the safest place for it to be. Coincidence? I can give you so many things that it is unbelieveable. You just need to think and open your mind. I know we are not arguing, and yes we are sharing thoughts. How can you explain God’s name on animals, humans, the sky, and so much more? Think about it..

Well we live on the 3rd planet from the sun because it’s the only planet which is hospitable for creatures to live on. We have our heart at the most protected part of the body thought evolution. Just look at why we get attracted to people. You either get your attraction from good looks or brains. An ugly idiot has less chance to reproduce… hence evolution is still going on for us.
And saying that there has to be a god because stuff wouldnt make sence, but then think: Do you honestly think the human being is so smart that we can figure out absolutly everything? Those things that just don’t make sence to us is not being God made it that way. It’s just that we are too dumb to figure it out.

Andreas answered the question about the third planet well. The heart through evolution was answered well too. Different animals can be explained through evolution as well. There are rare cases of birth defects in humans. Same thing happened with bacteria creating a large variety in a huge amount of time, giving us space for a great deal of evolution to occur giving us different animals and some similar like the monkey. The sky is there through science and when a planet is created, with good planet location, a good atmosphere was born to help life. clouds were created due to location as well, giving us a well formed water cycle to aid life. Without these there wouldn’t be life and evolution. These have come because science has allowed us to. God in my definition is a superstitious person or thing that many humans believe in that has rules, created through the minds powerful imagination. If you can tell me more of the many things that is unbelievable, and that can prove everything that there is not three (or four for some) scientifically explained forces out there, rather only one force of God, I will change and everyone will understand.

And the attraction between humans IS part of us evolving. Look at other animals where the males fight for the female and the female is very picky with whom she breeds with. We do just the same thing but we more sofisticated with it and why do you ask if I can write arabic? What does that have to do with anything?
You’re asking why there are mountains on earth. They have come from when the continentalblocks (Not sure if this is the correct english work for it thought) move and presses the landmass together, just like when an earthquake occurs. Some mountains are created due to volcanic lava.

Well, it doesn’t really matter that it’s the 3rd planet right? Just as long as its close enough but not to close to the sun. Mars could probobly have life aswell if it just had water or any other type of ingredient which would ensure life.
We got bilions of stars in the universe but so far with what i know we havn’t found a single star that has planets which are located at a good distance from its’ star but that doesn’t mean that there are none. Only an increadibly naive person would think that earth is the only planet in the universe that has life. There are to many stars for that to be true.
To be honest, and i don’t mean to sound disrespectful, you doesn’t seem to know much facts. All you rely on is your faith and everything you can’t explain you think is Allahs’ work.

Maybe there is a God, maybe not but you shouldn’t let your mind be so narrow that you believe that a tomato with the inside shaped like Allah is a sign from God. Things do happen randomly. Like my atheist friend said while we discussed this blog: “It’s wrong to say that the earth is at it’s place because it couldn’t be in any other place. There are so many stars that eventually some planet have to be align perfectly with it’s solarsystem for it to host a hospitable environment”.
And ask yourself this. Before satan was cast out of heaven how was the universe then? Was it a tellitubby kind of world where no one went to hell and no evil mastermind tried to manipulate them? If so then God created evil. And since God is allmighty he should be able to destroy satan and hell. So you really got to make up your mind. Either God is allmighty and he allows evil to be in the world or he’s not allmighty.
But as I said earlier I don’t think we are going to find an agreement here. You and I have way to diffrent beliefs. But i respect you for them and respect you for being open enough to talk about this without it turning into mud throwing. It has been a pleasure discussing this with you

Hi everyone!!! I just want to say it’s either you believe in God or you don’t. There are scientific discoveries in the Quran that scientists have recently discovered, if that is not a proof then I don’t know what is??? However if you don’t want to believe in God then it doesn’t matter how many arguments or proofs, your mind is already set. Personally, I know that God exists because I could feel his presence. I know it might sound crazy to some people but regardless of all the facts I know about God and his prophet Mohamed, I just have this certain feeling that God exists.
Concerning Satan, I believe Satan exists as well. Try to see it this way. If your mom or dad built this great house for you, decorated it with amazing furniture, filled the place with all kinds of entertainment, food and above all a great security system. Also imagine that they have home schooled you and everything they said turned out to be 100 percent accurate. Now after all of this they bring someone who turns out to be your stepsister, yet she looks more humble and they ask you to fix her dinner and treat her nice. Now imagine after all of this you refuse to even shake hands with this human being and you even insult her and tell you parents that this sister is beneath you. Naturally your parents would be shocked and will refuse to bring you any more food, goods and most importantly knowledge since it’s greatly misjudged by you. But ofcourse this doesn’t suit you so you tell them fine I will devote my life ruining my sister’s life. Notice that in all of this you didn’t say a single word to your sister and you don’t know anything about her except how she looks. Tell me, do you like yourself now???

I told you before that i was like you, if you only remember. I do have an open mind. I believe that random may be a possibility but everything is too perfect. God created the good and bad, we seek refuge in God to protect us. All mighty simply means that he is the creator and he has power over all things. If you have an open mind, just try reading the Quran and you may be interested in what it has to say. It also carries scientific facts which makes you wonder how this book has this information.
I’m sure you can find any computer to see the file, you don’t have to use that computer since there are millions of others
One more thing, I asked you if you know how to write Arabic because the Quran challenges the disbelievers in sayng, Produce a surrah or chapter like this if you dont, fear the hell which is made from men and stones.

Reading the Quran:
When you want to read the Holy Quran, you need to be purified with “wudu”. If not, it will be considered a bad deed. In the day of judgement, if your bad deeds outweight your good deeds, you will be rewarded with hell. If your good deeds outweight the bad, you will be rewarded with Heaven. With that in mind, it is good to want to read the Holy Quran, but make sure you are purified so you can get a GREAT AMOUNT OF GOOD DEEDS.
Allah’s sole demand from his creatures:
When Allah created his creatures, Allah asked only one thing from them and that is obedience. Allah does not need to sleep, eat, or do anything that we people need. With that said, Satan defied Allah by not prostrating to Adam (Allah asked all the angles to do so and only Satan didn’t).
Remember, Allah asked but one thing from his creatures, and Satan said NO!
Afterlife:
One must never forget, that we people have a limited amount of time on Earth. So we must continously do what Allah has asked. If we do, we are rewarded with Eternity in Heaven. This life is but a “test” given to us. And Allah made sure we had all the answers by having the prophets convey the message. With that said, it is apparent that Allah wants all to Pass the test. Yet there are many who do not want or believe in the “test.” People, make sure you are not one of those faithless. I hope to meet you all in the afterlife.

What I don’t like about Islam most is all this kneel to God thing. If there was a God and he’s the pures of good then that persons action in life should be enough to get into heaven. The word Islam means “Submission”, right?
And another thing is how almost all religion says that homosexuals go to hell because what they do is a sin. That’s crazy. All people live in sin and that’s why christian go to confession etc. If there was a god he would be 100% good and accept people no matter what sexual relation they have.

To answer your concern of homosexuality is that God made humans to worship and to populate the Earth and homosexuality is against that. God will accepts who he wills and not accept who he wills. Thats one of the reasons why people ask forgiveness.

I am greatful that you are interested in asking question and for that I thank you. Not many would do what you are doing and I, as a Muslim, respect and honor you for that.
Do not forget Andreas, Islam is not only about praying, thats only part of it. There are 5 pillars to Islam and they are:
1. Shahada- saying there is no god but Allah and Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) is his last Messenger
2. Praying (of course)
3. Paying Zakat (charity)
4. Performing Hajj (if the person is able physically able and has the money to go)
5. Fasting during the Holy month of Ramadan
As a true believer of Islam, one must meet each pillar.
Also, Islam is about kindness to your fellow man, being truthful, being honest, being giving, and most importantly, guiding other children of Adam (May peace be upon him) into the rightous path.
Of course on top of asking and depending on other brother muslims for answers, you must be vigilent. I for one do not know all the answers because I am also a young Muslim. But what I do know is this:
The prophet Mohamad (PBUH) was the ideal servant to Allah. That is why he was chosen. And in the Quran, Allah states that whatever the prophet Mohamed (PBUH) did, it is following the rightous path.
But of course, your question interested to learn more about Islam, I will do further research and In the name of Allah, I will find out the answer to your question about why we prostrate. So thank you again Andreas. I hope to keep hearing more about your ideas.

I havn’t read the Quran (But i might) but if it’s anything like the bible I’d like you to consider/accept this:
The Quran/Bible is extremly old. Before the invention of printing books they were all handwritten (And in the Quran case it’s often still that way).
Anyway… This means that people have had to copy other bibles’/Qurans’. Most probobly people has even TOLD the story and some other has written it. Now what would happend if you tell someone about your friend who got drunk and fell asleep at a bar to one person and that story passed on for thousands of years. After a while this story would be alot diffrent from the original story. Maybe now the guy was wandering in the desert and drank water from a cactus and got poisoned, woke up next to a hooker and had a tattoo in his forhead
My point is that these stories have been retold so many times that they can’t be accurate from the original story.

I didn’t use to have much high thoughts about muslims. All (believing) muslims that I’ve had similar discussions with in real life from my school used to get so offended and even violent some times for questioning their beliefs. Plus the TV has twisted many minds even if we believe that we don’t get effected. I even think Ive said something like “islam is an evil religion” after seeing some stuff from the middle east.
Anyway, just wanted to let you know that you put some wisdom is my head that real muslims aren’t like that. So far discussing religion with christians has been like “LALALALA I CANT HEAR YOU” and with muslims “WHAT!? Ahmed, kick his butt!”

“Seeking knowledge” means you are searching for information instead of believing what people say in the media or in the streets. For example, thinking that Muslims are terrorists because of what happened in Sept. 11. Thats what I mean by seeking knowledge. I told you before I’m not trying to convert you, I just want you to not be those people who believe anything what they hear even though they know nothing about Islam.

I am here to try to see how people think, and how far people go for their beliefs. Belief can be a very powerful thing, it can cause peace and it can cause war. As I said before, I too am a muslim. Not converted into or out of something, but started off muslim due to my parents, and still respect Islam as well as all other religons. I am just in my days where you find out facts, and I mean facts that make you question who you are, that is it. I thought I’d learn some things here, as well as the different people. And yes, I am learning.

I have read the Quran a couple of times in Arabic, though I don’t speak Arabic. I have gotten some verses translated, and understant the basic concepts of the Quran. The movie I was talking about has a few parts to it, but you’ll be most intrested in the first part. It talks about how religon was created and how the egyptian religon and many others start to transform into christianity and many other religon here today. It talks about many other facts about the sun, the stars, the Earth and how it is related to a couple of relgion. Zeitgeist I believe.

well, I believe in many of the parts. Or at least almost everything of the first two parts. After that, everthing about the future I don’t take for as a fact as it has not happened yet, like the chip things. I only take things as a fact for what has happened and if there is enough evidence to support it. I must say that I am very glad that you took your time into considering what I suggested you on doing and actually watching the movie. I respect that. In part 1 about religon, I am still going through reseach if everything that they told us about religon being similar, like how all Gods were like the figure of the sun. Movie’s intresting but in can also be a conspiracy of giving people false evidence into making people think that religon is a waste of time, So… I am still revising on the facts given in that movie. So far everything looks pretty clear. Remember, I am only referring to the first part (religon) in that movie. Once again I do appreciate the time you put into watching the movie.

the movie was ok but it got boring towards the end ;P nevertheless, the first part i dont agree with cuz it doesnt match religious beliefs..i mean, when they said Prophet Jesus (AS) does not exist, of course its a lie. It is written in scriptures the name of Prophet Jesus in the Bible and the Quran. Although, i dont believe in the books of Luke, John, Mark, and Matt. These people never met Prophet Jesus and the earliest one was about 80 years after Prophet Jesus was returned back to Allah according to Islamic beliefs..thats good you do research and so do i…

I wasn’t concentrating on the last 2 parts at all, only the first part. I still found the second part as a major possibility, not by that it was planned, more by who it wass planned by. I just found it intresting that whoever back then was born through miracle birth were soon given God characteristics. Also, through PROPER translation, of the Bible, it states that the Earth is around 12,000 years old. Again, different terms are used to say 12,000 years. You must study carefully the terms to find out about 12,000 years. Back then, this is what they believed, but now for a fact we do know that the Earth is nothing close to that. The translated terms used inside the Bible were there to misguide you from what it really means. You should take a look at how similar religons are but modified to meet their peoples’ demands. It also tells you that Jesus will be there until the end and the end of Jesus is at 2150 which is when I think they are trying to say that someone else is going to be born. I am not sure if that is what they meant. By studying the stars and understanding that this era is the Pisces era of Jesus is another intresting thing that needs to be taken into mind about how the end is mentioned. Anyways, I am still looking into some of the things and let me know if you find some false evidences that they gave out and how it is false.

yes we are equal in Islam, a very good example is when we go to pilgramage, (hajj), all of us wear the same thing, where everyone looks the same, theres no poor or rich, black or white, different nationalities, God sees us all the same! Thats the amazing site of hajj, that the people all are the same, equal to each other! So how come you could say that in Islam they treat women badly?? where did you actually here that? in media i suppose? Let me tell you something my dear sister, a woman in Islam is treated like a diamond, the things you hear about or see on tv is just countries that have different traditions, its not religion! read the Qura’an and you’ll never find anything about treating woman badly, yet they respect her so much!
the other thing about “peaceful”, yes Islam means peace in arabic! Those terrorists that you see blowing up places and people in the name of Islam we dont consider them as Muslims, but as sinners, we get upset when we know they did all this! Thats not how Islam taught us, you’ll find in the Qura’an how we should respect the people of the book and people in general! Those terrorists are nothing but people who want to destroy our picture in the world, Islam is a religion that is filled with love but media plays a big role is changing the peoples perspective of how we are, like we are the enemies and killers! But Islam never teaches all these things! Muslims are more than billions around the world, those terrorists you see are just a minority of those Muslims in life! never generalize! We can’t say if those people bomb others that means that is what our religion teaches us! read the Qura’an and you will believe it! The are other religions that bomb places and known as terrorists but they never talk about them, yet if it was a Muslim they make the story worldwide..!

An atheist simply means that a person does not believe in a God and that this world is done by evolution and etc. Different atheists believe in different things but the core of their belief is that there is no God. In your case, which i myself been through, you have to read about Islam and question what you read. For this, your belief will grow. Without reading, there is no knowledge.

I saw Loose Change. Loose Change is a documentory created by a group of people who believe that there is something or someone of greater power in the USA of whom was responsible. They gained huge benefits in terms of wealth and power by telling the US public that it was the Arabs who were responsible. Anyways, I don’t want to continue discussing conspiracy theories.
As for war, Muslims only should go to war if they are forced into it. If Muslims are being persecuted for practicing thier religion, than Muslims are obligated to take up arms against the aggressors.

i will give you a brief summary about what happened in 1993 and 2001…so in 1993, they say it was a FBI job and they had prior knowledge that the attack was gona happen. The FBI gave the “terrorists” the eqiumpment for igniting the bomb with a truck used by Emad A. Salem. In 2001, it was a similar case. Many countries gave warnings to USA mentioning that terrorists acts will happen again but of course they ignored then after the attacks, the Americans said they didnt recieve no warnings. A weird fact is that the Bush administration got richer after the attacks.
The attacks has nothing to do with our religion, the terrorists maybe had a deal or something..not sure why they helped the americans but of course they wont walk away empty handed. Is this topic the only area that you have a concern with or is there somthing else that you have questions about?

There are five references in the Qur’an which have been cited as referring to gay behavior. Some obviously deal with effeminate men. The two main references to homosexual behavior are:
“We also sent Lut : He said to his people : “Do ye commit lewdness such as no people in creation (ever) committed before you? For ye practice your lusts on men in preference to women: ye are indeed a people transgressing beyond bounds.” Qur’an 7:80-81
“What! Of all creatures do ye come unto the males, and leave the wives your Lord created for you? Nay, but ye are forward folk.” Qur’an 26:165
Both references relate to gay sexual activities
The Hadith and homosexuality: The Hadith are collections of sayings attributed to Muhammad. Many Hadiths discuss liwat (sexual intercourse between males)
“Kill the one that is doing it and also kill the one that it is being done to.” (in reference to the active and passive partners in gay sexual intercourse)

If you want to know the story about Lut people that were homosexual it’s a very long story. But I could tell you their punishment that Allah sent to them!
The angels informed saydna (nabi) Lot about the punishment of his people, saying “Morning is their appointed time (for their destruction), is not the morning almost night?!” (11:81) When Lot (A.S) went out from that city with his family, the sun rose, the punishment of Allah approached them, never to be turned away.
It is said that Gabriel (A.S) uprooted that city from the earth, as well as those around it. He lifted them to the sky and then threw it upside down.
“When our command came to pass, we turned the habitation upside down, and rained upon them brimstones, hard as baked clay, layer on layer. Each one assigned from your Lord, and never far from the evildoers.” (11:82,83).
“Sijjel” which means in Arabic, immensely solid and strong, and “Mandud” means one following another. “Musawwamatan” denotes that every stone was marked with the name of its target, upon whom it would fall. However, Allah said in Surat Al-Ana’am: 53:
وَٱلۡمُؤۡتَفِكَةَ أَهۡوَىٰ (٥٣) فَغَشَّٮٰهَا مَا غَشَّىٰ (٥٤) فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكَ تَتَمَارَىٰ
“ And He destroyed the overthrown cities. So He covered them with that which covered which of your Lord’s bounties will you dispute?”
lets contine ..
“And it (the punishment) is never far from the evildoers” (11:83) means that this punishment is not far from those who may commit similar practice and indecency and may inflict them as well.
This is why some scholars held the opinion that the homosexual should be stoned, whether he was married or not. Like the hadeeth from Ibn Abbas, that the prophet (S.A.W) said:
Whoever you find committing the act of the people of Lot, then you should kill them both, the one who did it and the one with whom he did it”.
It’s a sign from Allah and a lesson for all those who commit similar acts. He said:
إِنَّ فِى ذَٲلِكَ لَأَيَةً۬ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ (٨) وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
“Verily, in this is a sign, but most of them do not believe. And indeed, your Lord is All-Mighty, All-Merciful.” (Al-shuara:8 )
Everyone should know that this destruction came for a reason to mankind. Whoever employs his insight and looks upon it with the intention of attaining lesson and guidance and how they were destroyed, is for them to remember Allah and remember his punishment.

This is for all those who fear Allah and the day of Judgement, A person who has understanding and sense of decency, always avoids wrong and evil deeds and keeps himself to the commands and teachings of Allah. He never enters a relationship that is illegitimate and forbidden. He always tries to come from the right door. (i.e. that which is lawful). Because he knows that “ it (the punishment) is never far from the evildoers” (11.83)

we are not evil, Islam is not an evil religion but the terrorists are destroying our reputation and those people are not considered Muslims in Islam but sinners! Islam means peace and its a beautiful, caring religion!
There are Muslims by name only which dont practice their religion correctly but that doesnt mean they represent Islam! NO! Those people lack knowledge! The religion is different than the people thats part of it! If those people are not good that does not mean Islam is an evil religion! But still the good people are out there!
The Quran has all the truth, and its not collected by humans but sent from God! not like all other religions that were made by peoples beliefes through out the years! Yet, Christianity and Judiaisim is mentioned in the Qura’an because they are people of the book not like for example Buddism they would pray for idols, (which if you knock them down, they’re gone.. does God die? no!) So obviously can this even be considered as a religion? by praying to “objects”? Yet, respect to those people!
BUT…. It’s all common sense! just think logically! its all out there for people, and they’re blind to see!
dont read about religions, or watch the news and hear people talking about a particular religion .. etc.. but think .. God gave us a brain to understand, to learn and gain knowledge! Sure all these creatures in the world was made by a creator..! Atheists might say it was made by energy, it came up like that.. how can that be???? then who created this energy?? The answers are all out there! and May Allah show you the truth someday, we;re not here to convince anyone.. but that Islam is not an aggressive religion!

I had the same exact dream as brian three years ago where I was in a mall went into an elevator that took me to hell when the doors opened satan was waitng for me he was around 6ft tall i couldnt tell what race he was he looked like everything combined and he walked me to an area that looked like a nursing home with demons that looked like big mean looking men teaching old men and women how to crouchet everybody seemed dead but i felt as if I were still the same person

Salam Alaykum brother richard. I’m curious about something that you said. You Said God teaches us through life with little messages. So evidently you believe God wants us to stay on the right path.. So what I’m trying to say is that, you believe in “small messages” and deny the bigger and more evident message, i.e. the Quran?? Allah has blessed mankind with the Quran. The guide to the rightous life and guide to paradise.
The Quran tells people what is right and what is wrong. And if we do error in life, Allah is merciful upon his creations and forgives those who are truely repentant.
The media however distorts much of the true message… The media portrays most (if not all) religions as wrong, however it is them who are wrong and Allah will pass judgement on all of us on the day of judgement for all our wrongdoings and transgressions. May Allah forgive us all for sins.
Reason Why we should obey Allah: To gain his Love and avoid his punishments.
Example: The person who is punished least in hell will think is he being punished the most! Thats is why We look and listen to the messages of Allah. May Allah bless us all with Heaven.

Satan is real and he doesnt have any horns! Satan is an Angel (Lucifer) fallen from heaven. He looks like all the others, the only difference is he is there to decieve you and question your belief in God. His mission is finding the weak and claiming their souls for his army of darkness. Thats not satan that is a stereotypes view on what satan looks like, satan was an angel cast from heaven for wanting ‘to make his throne higher than the clouds over the earth and resemble ‘My power’ on high’, so if he is an angel then shouldnt he look a lot like the other angels but that is the christianity view on satan, i believe that in the Qura’an satan or Iblis is a jinn that refused to bow to Adam when ordered by Allah because he thought himself higher than Adam because he was created from clay
It is We Who created you and gave you shape; then We bade the angels prostrate to Adam, and they prostrate; not so Iblees; He refused to be of those who prostrate.
(Allah) said: “What prevented thee from prostrating when I commanded thee?” He said: “I am better than he: Thou didst create me from fire, and him from clay.”

I havent really seen any illustrations of what Muslims think satan looks like so i wouldnt know and i apologise if anything i said is incorrect or i have offended anyone, i havent needed my knowledge on religion for a while now

Hi,
I found this page while searching through the internet and although i am mainly christian in my thinking it is great to hear muslim points of view and discussion. The problem i think is that many people claim to be Muslim and Christian, however few people actually live up to there religious name sakes. For instance the Bible preaches peace and understanding and caring for ones neighbour, yet in 1203-4 ‘Christians’ massacred the city of Constantinople in the name of God! In comparison the ‘Muslims’ in the 711 forced there way into France through Spain killing and setting up there own Empire! This clearly no act of defence and there was no threat to Islam at this time.
The people on this site such as ‘Muslim’ and ‘Muslimah’ are no doubt devout and perfect examples of how men or women of religion whether that be Muslim or Christian should be. However does that mean that those who have sinned in the name of religion are no longer considered Christian/Muslim? According to your previous posts on Islam this is true: ‘I told you that “real muslims” dont create war, its against our religion.’ If this is true the historical timeline (such as the invasion into Spain) of Islam can be seen as almost totally run by traitors to the religion and not ‘real’ believers.
Great, law abiding citizens be they Muslim or Christian are often exploited by people in power who claim they are a member of that religion. e.g. George Bush, Saddam Hussain. This has been carried out throughout history. Religious sanctity is upheld by the weak and poor, while exploited and forced upon by the rich and powerful. The Qu’ran and Bible are pure, many people who claim to know it and understand it are corrupt!
After all that i dont really have a question…just thought i would add my comment to the table!

Thank you Pat for your comment and for giving yourself time to read our posts! I would start by saying, that Islam will always be a religion of peace and nobody would understand its laws and rules only for those who reads and gain knowledge about this religion.
About war.. ill give you a brief idea about war in Islam:
Islam sets down clear guidelines as to when war is ethically right, and clear guidelines as to how such a war should be conducted.
In brief, war is permitted:
in self defence
when other nations have attacked an Islamic state
if another state is oppressing its own Muslims
War should be conducted:
in a disciplined way
so as to avoid injuring non-combatants
with the minimum necessary force
without anger
with humane treatment towards prisoners of war
Muslims must only wage war according to the principles of Allah’s justice.
Those who believe fight in the way of Allah, and those who disbelieve fight in the way of the Shaitan. (Qur’an 4:76)
Islam allows war in self-defence (Qur’an 22:39), to defend Islam (rather than to spread it), to protect those who have been removed from their homes by force because they are Muslims (Qur’an 22:40), and to protect the innocent who are being oppressed (Qur’an 4:75).
But some Muslim thinkers in the past, and some more radical Muslim thinkers today, take a different view. They say that other verses in the Qur’an, the so-called ’sword verses’, have “abrogated” (revoked or anulled) the verses that permit warfare only in defence. They used these ’sword verses’ to justify war against unbelievers as a tool of spreading Islam (Qur’an 9:5, 9:29).
Fight in the cause of God against those who fight you, but do not transgress limits. God does not love transgressors. (Qur’an 2:190)
However, according to your theory about “Spain”. First of all, there was Christian wars back then, and they took over Egypt, Palastine and much more. Those days Muslims were spreading Islam, which is called (da’wa) and they went to Spain to give knowledge about Islam. Yet, they didnt force anyone to change. However, what do you see now? All the Mosques are turned into Churches! right? Yet, Muslims in Spain never changed Churches or knock them down, and even never killed! Their aim was to spread da’awa thats all!

Whatever it is, to me, it looks seriously .. I’m not afraid of anything; even death. I don’t know what will happen when I die and I don’t really give it much thought. I don’t think I should give it much thought either. It’ll happen when it happens and whatever happens after that will happen. I live life much like Winnie the Pooh. I just do what I choose and whatever makes me feel content and happy and whatever happens to me will happen to me. If you just quit paddling in the river of life and just float wherever the current takes you, you will find yourself much happier and less stressed. It may take a little time for your life to balance but it will happen. It just takes time.

Do you people spend as much time in worship as you do wasting time on items of this nature. Yahweh and Yahshua Messiah deserves this attention more so then if this picture is real or unreal – if it was real what could you do about it? No, Satan does no look like this at all, Satan first is a title not a name just like God, Allah, but he does have a name Father Yahweh. Anyway if you’ve ever seen the so called visions of the Virgin Mary, Queen of Heaven this is Satan herself who was the Queen of Heaven before her revolt, the Catholic Church worships this image more than Yahweh himself or Yahweh’s prophet and son, Yahshua Messiah (Jesus is a mistranslation of Hebrew into Greek). To the Muslims remember we are all the children of Yahweh I can even be called Ben Yah. The blind leading the blind as was once said. You can not add and subtract to the word the true reality of existence, then in self righteousness proclaim to speak truth in his name. Yahweh does not wish for all to be known and somethings will never be known to you, do you answer to your children on every decision you make – pray only for his will and ask for nothing he give you what he feels you deserve, follow his will to the best of your knowledge ever praying for his understanding. You exist to serve the master – nothing else is or will be, man is a tool that he will use as he see’s fit. And I only use he as a reference – the eternal one is neither male or female, it has no form which you would understand, a form of energy (remember how Moseh’s hair turned white and he glowed after being up on the mountain for an extended period of time – that’s radiation exposure thank you) he is a life form but not human. We are in it’s image nothing more and that is not speaking of form at all, legs, arms, etc… So follow religious traditions or open your minds and seek truth. May Yahweh bless you understanding!

Don’t know how I stumbled onto this blog but I’m wondering what all the interest is in a photograph.
As a Christian all this seems foolish to me. My faith teaches that there is only one way to Heaven which is what all of this discussion is really about.
The Bible tells us who Satan is, what he does and what will happen to him in the end. What he looks like dosen’t seem to matter.
His purpose is to try to make us believe that Jesus was not the Son of God and tried to devert Jesus from his mission, that Saten himself dosen’t exist and theres no such thing as Sin.
Satan comes in many forms, lust, greed, envy, malice, and hatered he’s not a person who appears to us as a scarey form. He want’s followers not people who he has scared the Hell out of.
His end will be in the Lake of Fire.
Keep in mind that some people say that it dosen’t matter what you believe as long as your sincere – what about being sincerly wrong.?
Who has seen Satan to know that this picture looks like him? It’s like seeing a picture and saying it looks like GOD.
To me it looks like somthing from a stupid horroe movie flick.

A.O.A I would just like to say that the Jews and christians can’t be the friends or helpers of Muslims. Ok look demons are real but they dont look like that they look almost human and are usually not very large. They can be scary when they chose to but very rarely can they harm you. They have powers including possesion and the ability to inspire fear. I’m not Catholic, Christian, Mulism, Buddhist (not sure if that’s how you spell it, but of well) or any other religious belief out there, in fact i’m so confused, that i don’t believe in anything anymore, so i just believe that the Sun is my god. Call me crazy but without the sun there is no life O_O anyways….yeah whatever. You might not have a religion, but you never think who created you? look at the human body, how perfect our system is. Did the sun create all this?? will it take your soul when you die? did you ever tell yourself why are we here, for what reason we were born? lets not make all these things seems as science fiction.
let me make it easier for you, If that sun is your God because without it we can’t live. Can you live without air? will there be life with no oxygen so we can breathe? what about the moon? the rain? water?
Who created your sun? This sun that make us live everyday is there for a reason, its created by God for us to live. Exactly like everything you see, the chairs, tables, houses, cars are all made by a human creator. Even our universe is done by a creator.
Maybe the technology, the internet, media, wars, hate, gossips, all make you think that life is strange and that you don’t care anymore but throw all this behind your back and see for yourself, go out and look at the sky, the clouds, the mountains, you have a brain and try to think, who created all this? can a human create it? impossible! can the sun?? ofcourse not!
This life is a test from God, the one only God. We might not see him but he sees us, we don’t hear him but he hears us. He listens to our prayers, he helps us when we need him, God in this right moment knows what you wrote and what you think.
Dont let this life make you forget who you really are and why you’re born into this life. Without our brains we wouldnt have the knowledge to understand all this. Think once again, and soon you’ll see the truth, wherever you go its right infront of you.

I understand where your coming from, i’m just confused and all so.. religion isn’t really my thing. Of course you need to have faith, i mean you need to believe in something even if is the “monster” under your bed, you need faith, i just haven’t found my faith yet. I’m reading about different religions and stuff, they all look pretty interesting…. but for now, i’ll stick with Science and stuff…i’m just 15 so i have a whole life time to learn about religions

If you read the Muslim’s Holy book , (the Quran), which wasn’t written by a human being, you will find out that everything in this life that happened and that soon will happen is stated clearly in the Quran. One of these things that scientists found, that the universe expands and this was stated in the Quran before the discovery of the universes expansion and before this technology that we have now a days.
The Qur’an includes alot of science in it, from the creation of the human body to the magnificance of the planets and space.
